AJ Michalka was born in Torrance, the state of California. Her mother, Carrie, who is also a musician, also inspired her to become a musician. AJ Michalka was raised in Torrance, California. Her mother Carrie was an excellent musician. AJ spent most of her youth in Torrance, Seattle, and Milwaukee. In the beginning, the sisters were able to play piano and guitar. When they entered into their teens, they were skilled in their fields. AJ started performing at age 5 old. She was also a performer in church productions that were theatrical.
